MEDIA CAMPAIGN: CHORES

This recent project for Yelp was a light-hearted survey story designed to shed light on how people really feel about household chores, and the effect that chores can have on relationships.

 

CAMPAIGN

We ran a survey of 2,000 Americans who live with a partner, then built a news story around the results. From there, our design team designed a fun infographic, highlighting the key stats from the copy and incorporated Yelp’s brand guidelines, with a video to match.

RESULTS

The story quickly achieved over 100 pieces of media coverage, 7 million estimated coverage views, and over 900 social shares and rising.

The piece landed on top-tier sites like The New York Post, Best Life, and Apartment Therapy. MSN, Yahoo, and AOL also picked it up on multiple pages of their sites. It also landed on a variety of ABC, CBS, and NBC affiliate stations.
